Yes, because foreskin makes men gay. And if you're a lesbian, removing the entire vagina is recommended. It's also said that if you stick a long needle through your eye into your brain and spin it around a bit, you won't have to worry about being a stupid moron. (<-sarcasm disclaimer, because obviously there are people in the world dumb enough to believe this)

What's most amusing to me, really, is the implication: That all men are born gay - ie. it is normal to be gay - and that it is only through the conscious actions of their parents that they become straight.
I think someone forgot to give this one some though. Not exactly shocking among the less educated members of our society, but...
