Went to my job interview today. It was probably the first fun interview I've done since this entire job fiasco. Not sure if I got the position or not, but oh well. The telemarketing place I walked out of a couple months ago called me for an interview. Now I'm left wondering what part of "I'd rather eat paint chips than work for a telemarketing company" they didn't understand. Are they going to call me everyday at dinner just to get an interview now? *shudders*
Last night I spent some time talking to one of my good friends about the entire immigration deal. He happens to be Mexican. The conversation was pretty funny, listening to it from his perspective. We had a good laugh over the Mexican gentleman who happened to ask a fellow immigrant protester, "Where are you from?" The man, being of Arab descent responded, "Middle East". The Mexican man's reply was, "Why are YOU here?" *shakes head* Stupid people come from all over the world. After that the topic turned to the new Silent Hill movie coming out.
Tomorrow is payday. I have to pay my first cellphone bill. I make a point of not looking at my bills until payday. I freak out and worry if I open them early. Isn't that a stupid habit? Oh well, it makes me feel better. But I'm still trying to figure out how the hell to work all the gadgets on my phone. I got my first text message today. I couldn't message back because I'm an idiot. And don't get me started on the email part. *sigh*
I haven't been feeling well lately. Probably explains my crankiness. I think I ate too much fruity trail mix crap today too. My stomach isn't a happy camper.
Thank God tomorrow is Friday.
