Well, not really, but a grocery store worker was arrested for killing a 10 year old girl. It's also believed the intended to eat her corpse:
"Regarding a potential motive, this appears to have been part of a plan to kidnap a person, rape them, torture them, kill them, cut off their head, drain the body of blood, rape the corpse, eat the corpse, then dispose of the organs and bones,"
I hope this is wrong, but it wouldn't shock me. Crazy people are everywhere and this is why parents should keep an eye on their kids. It's thought the girl and this monster might've met online. Folks, if you're letting your kids on the internet, please supervise them. The internet isn't a nice place, okay?

But I believe they said that he actually was just going to kill whoever walked by at the given time.
I read somewhere that he had several victims in mind, including a 5 year old boy. But decided it would be who ever walked by that day.
