Congrats on the new position, I'm rooting for you! I worked collections for quite some time at the satellite company I worked for and it wasn't bad at all. I got some crazy things from time to time like the lady who tried to tell me that her daughter would have to go without medicine if she paid me and so I told her that it would probably be wise to cancel her $100 TV subscription if it was causing her family financial hardship and she got mad at me for telling her to cancel instead of telling her we'd let her go another month without paying. The scary ones were few and far between though.

Anyway, thanks~ I feel more comfortable at this place. Sure, I'm nervous about doing something new, but it feels like a better fit than the other place. We shall see. LOL
