I weep for the future of this nation. This, on top of the ongoing war, dissension in the government, the Phelps, and all-out stupidity is making life very ... interesting, although at the expense of morality, ethics, and altruism.

And to think that just a few years back, I thought that the human-race was absolutely wonderful - a species of geniuses capable of solving their problems quickly and efficiently. God, I was such a naive bastard. I still am, but at least now I'm less prone to following blindly to my death.
