Lol, Zoso that is funny as hell! The sad part is that DSL is the same way. We don't have a choice either when it comes to our internet provider. The funny thing is that our internet provider's office is not even a 10 minute drive away, yet our customer service calls get routed to somewhere in India. WTF is up with that. I could friggin walk there and back before the person on the other end of the line in friggin India spits out a coherent sentence to my simple question which is usually "Why the fuck isn't my internet working?" Like Mr. Patel in India is going to have a friggin clue as to why my internet across the globe isn't working. Stupid internet company...
