We're almost exactly the same. I have no idea why this is but when I'm awake during the day time I always feel tired and sluggish, I have no energy whatsoever, even though I go to sleep early, around nine, on the weekdays. But when the evening rolls around, that's when I get energetic. It is a habit of mine to work late into the night on my fiction nowadays since it is the only time of the day where there is absolute calmness in my house. I can relax and concentrate on the matter at hand without any unwanted interruptions.
Posted by gamma at October 28, 2005 05:27 PMMy sleep patterns are changing as well. I used to get like 10-12 hrs a night. Now I am getting like 5-7 hrs and feeling just as good. That could have something to do with living in a dorm. Banging my lamp on the ceiling no longer makes the people on 3rd floor shut up. I swear, sometimes it sounds like they have a cow jump roping up there at like 1am. OHHH! And when I am trying to sleep and something wakes me up I turn "Super Bitch" Like my face seriously scared the hell out of my roommate. Sleep is very important.
On another note, Zoso, did you know that working at night or in a dimly lit area can actually make you have some form of nightvision? My cousin had that from working 3rd. Weird, huh?
Posted by Mia Hoshifaia at October 28, 2005 08:09 PMMia, perhaps a pistol through the floor would get them to shut the hell up? Kidding...that would get you in trouble. *heh* I'm a bitch too when I get woken up. If it's not important, don't bother me or I will eat your face off...'nuff said.
I like the absolute quietness of the house at night too. I can work on stuff without interruption, which is very, very cool.
However, my vision at night is BAD. Really, really, really bad. Consider me blind at night.
Posted by Zoso at October 29, 2005 02:48 PMEhh. I'm perpetually sleepy. I always figured it was in my nature.

Even if it doesn't get them to shut up, it sure would be satisfying to scare the hell out of them. Maybe then they would get the hint?
Posted by Mia Hoshifaia at October 30, 2005 01:48 PMEither that or you'd get a nice, quiet jail cell. Ha ha!
